Rental Policy

• All rentals are PICK-UP ONLY. The shop is open from Monday - Friday. 

• Rentals are in As-In condition. We try and keep them as good as new but wear and tear can happen. If you see any major flaws, let us know asap with a photo. We'll also take photos before renting out and after it's returned.

• Rentals are on a 3 day/week. Need it for longer? Let us know when you book online or update us as soon as things change.

• Pick-up for rentals begins at 9 am (Monday - Friday). The shop is closed for pickups and dropoffs on the weekend. 

• Returns must be back before 4PM on the last day of the rental period.

• Over your rental period? Late fees will be applied to your invoice.

• We have a classic break-it-you-bought it policy.

• You’ll be invoiced upon return.
